| MR IGNATIUS CHIBUTUTU holds a master of Laws degree (LL.M) from the Columbia University School of Law, New York, he attended University of Lagos where he obtained his (LL.B Hons) degree in June 1980 and the Nigeiran Law school, Lagos from September 1980 till June 1981. He did his specialization in international Law. |
